Keep calling looking for someone else when I push nine and tell them they have the wrong number a lady gets on says something very fast and hangs up on me

I received a phone call from 1(310)579-6434 and it said they had a complaint filed against me and that if I would like to hear what the complaint is, I needed to call a different # or dial 9.  I was driving so I hung up.  Odd thing is, the last name they used hasn't been my last name for 10yrs.

called said there was a complaint against me.  I did not answer it, I know if this is legit they would mail me.  Did not return call.
