I would like to know who it is too, they just called my house at like 11pm at night

Where is that area code from?

This phone number showed up on our Caller ID after our phone rang once at 4:58AM this morning.  It only rang once but it was enough to startle us awake at the un-Godly hour and get our hearts racing as to why our phone was ringing so early in the morning.  No one was there.

I should add that on our Caller ID it showed up as "Noble Names."  We don't owe anyone anything so I can't believe it's a debt collector.

Looks like the number belongs to Noble Names out of Compton, California.  I have no idea what kind of business they are.  No street address available.

December 12, 2008 a call was received at my home at 3:29 A.M. the caller id showed Nobel Names and the phone #310 599 5711. About an hour later another call showing "Lift Receiver" as the company. What in the world is going on and how cam I stop this nonsense? This intrusion of my privacy is not tolerable.
