Had a call from this number asking if I wanted to lower my interest rates.

Have had numerous calls from this number. It plays a recorded message asking you if you want to lower your interest rates, and if so to press 9 to speak to a representitive, otherwise they hang up on you. I have pressed 9 numerous times and told them my number was on the do-not-call list, and to remove me from their call list. They have hung up on me rudely at that point 3 of the 4 times I did this.

This number 310-599-5765 as well as 702-520-1471 and 408-651-8151 all called me back back with six calls in a row. I did not answer and they did not leave voicemails.

I don't have debt or a credit card. - it's a scam.

I received a call from 310-599-5765 saying it was a collect call and I would be charged $12.95 at the end of the call.  When the operator said who was calling there was no response on the other end.  I hung up.  Let's hope I don't get charged the $12.95 and have to fight that charge.

310-599-5765 - All I heard was tones so I hung up

It Came Up "Service Call" On The Caller ID At Home And They Were Playing Music So I Hung Up On Them.
