spammers........very annoying..using my phone time..........

I have requested to be removed from this calling list five times in the past four days.  Each time, I'm told, "Yes, ma'am.  I'll take care of that right away."  Today I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told to hold, and then disconnected.

They've been calling for months, but recently started calling several times a day, every day.  I asked to be removed from the calling list and the girl just scoffed and hung up.  I called back to speak to the manager and received an automatated message saying that if I wanted to be removed I should press '1' which I did.  Hopefully it will work.

Did the "push 1" thing and they keep calling. And I'm on the nationwide do not call list, which obviously isn't working very well!

Update.  The press "1" to be removed hasn't worked, but now the number attached to the caller ID has changed to 603-214-3574.  

I filed a 1088 with the FCC complaining about the calls.

I've also contacted my telephone service provider and signed up for the automatic rejection list.  I'll put the latest number on the list and hopefully they'll keep using that number and keep being rejected.

Let’s fight back.  Get a loud horn.  Call these people at the number they give you and when they answer, give them an earful.  Try this 3-4 times a day for a week, a month, as long as they keep calling you.  It's a great stress reliever.  If they are not going to stop calling us, then let's at least have some fun with it.  Maybe, just maybe, they'll get the hint and leave us alone.
