- AmyThey called, I didnt pick up, they didnt leave a message.
- Brenda| 2 repliesWhen I picked up the line, there was a recording if you are behind on your mortgage 30 days or more, press 1. I pressed 1 as I was beyond being mad after 4 phone calls. A guy by the name of Mike answered and when I told him I was on the do not call list, he slammed down the phone in my ear. I called the number back - 20 times and left it off the hook for 10 minutes at a time, making the call cost them hopefully. These people need to get a life.

- donotcallUnwanted phone call from this number asking about being late on mortgage payment. Appears to be a 'mass junk' phone calling system dialing numbers. These folks need to be identified and stopped.

its a mortgage telemarketer, they called my cell phone two weeks ago, got to speak to a man named "Dillon"... I told him he was calling a cell phone and to please take me off a their phone list. He told me "To go f*** myself" and then he hung up!.
These people need to be arrested or at least get some real jobs.- Call type: Telemarketer

The company is Home Rescue & Modification, Inc. (http://hrami.com/) out of Coral Springs, FL. If you want to contact them (to tell them to stop calling you) please dial 954-341-3510 or 877-341-3510. Please ask for Dylan as he is the guy who keeps calling me. Tell him Matt sent you.- Caller: Home Rescue & Modification, Inc.

- JR2nd notice for car warranty!
I have gone beyond disappointment with telemarketers phoning my cell, internet phone, and home phone phone. I now call my Congressional Representative or e-mail them with the numbers that are daily breaking the autodial law...
I suggest everyone contact their elected representative until the loop holes established by the telemarketing industry Lobbing are closed or their random dialing polices are to expensive to continue...
I am certain everyone is angry about this abusive violation of existing statues, and wants this illegal activity stopped..
I no longer have any patience, in my opinion these telemarketing companies owners, principals and their stockholders need to be burned at the stake in the town square... Their company & personal assets need to be seized and everything liquidated to reduce the taxpayers bailout obligations of other fat cat criminals courted by a few elected officials...
Wives, family members and relatives are responsible to make these law breakers stop violating the laws, if they want to protect the assets they enjoy, or hope to enjoy.

- 310-599-9138 Auto WarrantyRecorded message from woman saying it is my last chance to extend the warranty on my auto. My car is payed off and I carry insurance. I do not have an extended warranty. I'm not late on any payments for anything, including mortgages on our properties. Instead of hanging up I thought I would try to find out what they really wanted. When I pressed the required number (9, I think), I heard telemarketers (or collection agents) in the background and then I was disconnected from the call. I called the caller ID number back and got another recorded message which started mid-sentence (no identifying name first) saying they were sorry if they called in error and if I want to be removed from their calling list press another number. I did, and then a male voice boomed "Thank you!" and I was disconnected. I don't have time for their calls and surely don't have time to report it, but I feel we must do that. Truly, truly creepy people who can't get a regular job so they take a job harassing people.
If you are one of the creepy people that call us... GET A LIFE OR DROP OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH! YOU CAN'T BE MAKING ENOUGH MONEY TO JUSTIFY WHAT YOU DO. I'll bet you make anonymous obscene phone calls when you are off work.- Caller: unknown
- LA-Lower Alabama| 1 replyReceived a call from this number about my 'warranty' which expires today (on cars that are 5 and 12 years old--right!) and depressed '9' for a rep. Acted like I was interested enough to get a company name and number. They gave the name and number of a legit company, ACS-Inc.Com at 866-538-1212 who were adamant that they DID not make the call and these fraudsters must have picked up their company's name from a flyer.
Regardless, I filed a Do Not Call Complaint today on the FCC website. Suggest you do the same if the number where they reached you has been on the registry more than 31 days.- Caller: Said it was ACS-COM.InC-THEY Disagreed

- pete the catcalled and told me my car's warranty was about to expire...the punch line is that I haven't owned a car for 20 years...when I told them I was on the do not call list, they hung up

- BobbieI answered the phone and the caller said that this was my last chance to renew my car warranties because they were about to expire. My car is old enough that I have no warranties on it. I have gotten postcards in the mail with this message too. I think it's a scam.

I did not answer this time, was near the computer to research the phone number...- Caller: ?

- JR replies to LA-Lower AlabamaThese people call cell phone in violation of the law, why would they bother to check if you are on the Do not call list. Get ready for calls in Spanish from Mexico, and from Canada, and maybe India... Telephone calls made via the Internet are free, and you listed your phone number, makes me smile at your gullibility...
They use the do not call list as a prime call directory with less competition... Please understand they are not selling anything they are data mining so they can steal your ID...
JR - LP replies to Brenda| 1 replyoh yes, that same MIKE guy hung up in my ear today as i told him the same thing. Irony though, they called me saying something about a renewal warranty on a car. What is even more funny is I don't even have a car! I have logged a complaint on the donotcall.gov site. maybe when these scumbags start being hit with real lawsuits that cost them real money, they will get real jobs and stop harassing those of us that already have them!
- tootye5call consantly leave no message ??? I'm on the do not call list---very irksome
- ronald staffordwhen called answered there was no reply from the other end.

- Peggy in PAFinally answered this call to stop the frequent calls. Caller (woman) said my car warranty was about to expire; I said I didn't want
it; had no money to pay for it. I said no thank you 3 times during the course
of the conversation before the caller just hung up on me while I was speaking. Online ID says this number is a land line in Compton CA called Digitcom Svcs. I'm on the Do Not Call registry. Who are these rude nasty people.- Caller: Digitcom Services, Compton CA
