Got a call from this number earlier today. Left no message. Did some research. Its from west california. Got nothing other than that

Voice recording on answering...something about vehicle insurance. 2nd call received on family call plan. keep watch on family plan phones.

Ditto.  And the number alternates bewteen that and 9492569189 every couple of days, but the calls come around the same time

They don't get your number, they use a program that will generate phone numbers, and they test them out.
