This is a forum for people who receive unknown/spam/scam calls.  This forum can't remove your number from any list.  You should NOT post your personal number or info on sites like these - I have asked Admin to redact your number.

After a month or so of never picking up (I have caller ID) I finally did so.  The call was on behalf of NRDC (National Resources Defense Council) to contribute money on a monthly basis (beyond my yearly membership which I paid for 2013).  At least I think this is what it was - hard to tell with the female telemarketer reading her script so fast in nearly unintelligible English.  Between my not being able to understand her gibberish and her not taking no for an answer, this call lasted much longer than these harassing phone operations like, especially when it ends with no sale.   Finally, I told her that as of this minute I am no longer a supporter of NRDC and will never give them another cent -- and to remove me permanently from their calling list.   NRDC is an irresponsible, overaggressive organization that is predominantly about its own marketing.   I would encourage any other members to join me in quitting and letting them know why.  Don't even consider becoming a new member.

i keep getting calls(unwanted) from ph.no#310-6932915. i have called id.but no answering machine.i have signed up several times with donotcall.gov list but still get these types of calls.

The Do Not Call Registry is permanent.  Once signed,  always signed until you change numbers or opt out with them.   Keep in mind that the DNC does not block calls and even though we don't like it,  there are many who are exempt.  Next time you speak with them request that they put you on their Don't call list.
By law,  they have to do this.

keep getting calls from this number. do not know who they are. do not accept calls from phone numbers I do not know and alwayscheck out who & where these calls come from.

These days is probably is legal.  It was probably made that way be the congressmen who are also owned by the for profit company.
I was getting calls from Massachusetts, always from the same number each time until I called the FTC and the FCC and filed a complaint.  Haven't had another call from them in about a month now.  The stopped the day after I filed my complaint.  The phone number I used for the FTC is 877-382-4357.  I think I got the number for the FCC from their website.

I get the same deal.  Someone keeps calling me at my work phone number from 310-693-2915 and they just disconnect the call a few seconds after I say "Hello..."

They are calling everyday during the afternoon when I'm away from the house but no message is being left. If I happen to be home when they call, I'm going to play a loud siren into the headset. If they keep calling, i will report them to the FTC.

Same as the above.  leaves no message,,,, no point in DoNotCall list as these people are non-profit organizations, which are exempt from DNC.  However, since the organization making the cals is a FOR-profit company, I think they are misusing the DNC exceptions,

In never give money to people who call like this.  Don't bother to try to put your name on their do not call list - it shows that you have a real number and will likely get even more calls.

In my book the company is a scam operation.

I get this toll free call several times a day but don't answer. If the companys name is not on my caller ID, I don't answer but immediately after that number stop calling, I get the call from SD&A. This happens everytime, which is very suspicious. It looks like they are using the toll free to see if I answer, if I don't they use the other one to try and get me to answer.

First time to get a call from this number.  I didn't answer and no message was left.

I am on the do not call list, yet got repeated calls from this telemarketer. 310-693-2915

I suspect when I filled out customer experience survey online for CVS/Longs Drugs and WALMART and gave my contact info in order to win sweepstakes, I must have agreed in the FINE PRINT to receive these calls. YOU PROBABLY DID TOO.

Calls daily, but no message.  Will try to find a way to stop.
