I am sick and tired of getting calls all the time. My number is on do not call list and that is what it means.. Do Not call me. I am poor now since I have taken cancer and have a lot of other health problems This number just calls and calls and hangs up.

Repeatedly they call and hangup. It seems they are discovering they are bound by the DNC list after all. Caller ID always says that legend SD&A Teleservice.

I'm sorry that this is happening to you, but you should be aware that the Do Not Call list does not apply to Charitable Organizations.

calls many times but also I never get a message

This guy said he was representing Greenpeace and wanted a donation.  I know you can contribute through emails and he said they were trying to cut costs by not sending through regular mail.  I told him I wouldn't  do any donations over the phone.

Repeated calls to my cell phone.  Added to ignore list on on phone and Google Voice.  If you call the number you get a voicemail saying they are a service that makes calls for non-profits.

Leaved no message so not sure who they were calling on behalf.   Return phone number indicates it was SD&A

constant calls form sd&a  teleservice in spite of not answering.  

Usually do not answer but I wanted to see if I could be removed from their database. No one picked up. These people are pests that need to exterminated!

Seems legit. Probably have to get your number off of charity lists if you don't want to be called.

Non-Profits TELEMARKETERS are ***NOT*** exempt from Do Not Call list.  
I think the company has alot of bogus listing telling us they are exempt, they are responsive if you put yourself on *their* do not call list (as opposed to the official do not call list, which I ALREADY am on & they disregarded)  
Beware of apologists advocating for this sleazeball telemarketer--that just proves to me HOW MUCH EXTRA SLEAZEBALL they are!!!

Don't call the number or enter your number, it'll only log you as a live number and will be sold to countless other scammers.

This board is simply a sounding board for people to vent and inform others of scam telemarketing calls they receive.  There is no authority associated with the 800notes site to stop these callers.  In order for people to collectively stop these type calls they must act together - and TAKE ACTION!  It doesn’t do any good to complain about a caller on this board unless you then take the next step and do something about it!  The caller ID number is usually a ‘Spoof Number” – A Fake!  Never, never, ever engage the caller or call back the number.  The false robocallers will then capture your number as a ‘live one’ and use it over and over and sell it to other scammers.  The same goes if it prompts you to ‘press a key’ to ‘opt out’  of their calling lists, or be transferred to someone, as this will only ‘log’ your number as a working one and make it ripe for future calls and to be sold to other scam companies as well.
The best option is simply to hang up, keep your own list of calling numbers with dates and times and report them to the FCC below.  There is space on their complaint form to list several calling dates and times of a repeat caller.
The DO NOT CALL list is worthless, they do not act on anything, just build a database of numbers.
In order to do something to help stop these type calls, everyone - EVERYONE needs to file an online complaint directly with the FCC.  If they receive enough complaints about a particular number - they will act on it.  Do it today and pass along the info:
