Keeps calling my job making threats that they want to supeona me.  I'm not sure what there talking about.

Calls my job and friends and family. Threatening me to supeona me for a debt that I dont owe. Wont give me information who the company is or verify the debt. Calls 3 times a day at my job and cell.

Called my place of employment to look for me. Said the call was in regards to a loan I took out and I had a summons for Iron County Court. Make the calls stop!

Called back the number looking for Robert Lovett (investigator who left me a message at work looking for a family member), and Deborah Garza answered claiming to be the receptionist, NOT an investor as mentioned in an above post: red flag number one. After providing them with the case number, I simply requested for their organization name in return so that I can look them up to verify legitimacy, in order to move forward with them if needed. She hung up on me, I called back and an irate man answered and said they will not contact me anymore and remove my phone number from their list. However he would NOT provide me with their corporation name, and threatened to prosecute me if I called back. I told them that they have my SSN so I need their company name in return, but he refused and hung up: red flag number two.

In my opinion this is another bogus operation. Do not answer them or return their calls.

Goes by the name of Robert Levin calims to be an attorney, then claimed to be an investigator.   Got a hold of my ex claims she was listed as a credit reference.   Scam.
