I received a call from both 310-982-6404 & 6405 stating something about a complaint filed against me.
Also mentioned a motion filed against me that is tied to my bank accounts and social security number.
No company name is given.

I keep getting the same call. I will block them it sounds like a scam but intimidating.

After getting several calls, i called back. Turns out they are asking for my girlfriend? Very odd, when i asked the company they said TE and A litigation. I asked for a web site, they said they dont have one. Guy was very rude.

Total Scam about your taxes and owing money. Block it or report it please.

I am fairly sure this is a bottom feeder collection agency. I decided to call back and was told it's in reference to a bank account from a state I left 35 years ago. The fool tried to tell me that there was activity 2 years ago.

He became quite offended when I started laughing at him.

I received a 3 calls from 310-982-6404. No real info just threatening that something will happen to my bank accounts and tax returns if I don’t call back. I’m blocking them as they gave no person or company name. Scam!

Caller tried to scam me out of $3,000 saying I owed for a credit card from 2007. He had the last four digits of social security number, DOB, & drivers license number. I called him back let him know I knew the scam, lol, he still tried to convince me. True scammer will lie until he is locked up.

I got the tail end of a message stating if I didn't respond they would proceed with litigation.  But, no company name or return contact info.

Said looking for my brother and he was a lawyer at the he was going to file a claim against brother they just keep calling

keep receiving calls/messages from 310-982-6404 stating all accounts etc. for my phone number is about to be shut down etc.  When I call them from a different number, they state they are TEA Litigations and my number is linked with a claim they have filed.  But they have no business website, business address, business number etc.  They get very defensive and hang up over and over and will not give out any information unless I give them my info. Obviously a SCAM!!! Be careful...

This number called me, but did not leave a message.  I looked it up and it reads scam and from the sounds of it, I guess it is. I'm blocking it from contacting me again . With all theses breaches being leaked don't be fooled by scammers out there in this crazy world! Never give into a stranger just calling you and if they say you owe money always remember to call the tax professional about a status and remember the IRS will not call you they will send a letter.

Caller called and left voice message threatening a complaint filed against me and due process will occur without me if I contact call.
No company name left. No details in his message when he refers to address, phone number, name etc. Just phishing for someone to call him back.

They threatened to pursue “due process...” if they were legit, they would just do it???? That’s how the legal system is supposed to work! Needless to say, I’ve never been served by one of these sketchy callers.

Did they ever file a lawsuit or have your accounts locked. First I owed 2000 then they said they would settle for $324.49 they knew where I worked too saying they would garnish my pay
