This number keeps calling me too

keep getting calls.  No company identification.   Threatening  to freeze bank accounts and tax refunds.

Multiple calls from 310-982-6412 with message about a motion against (no name given), threatening to suspend all bank and tax accounts, etc. They tell me to call back 844-713-3349 with my name and SSN blah blah blah.
I believe this is due to a debt that multiple collection agencies have been trying to collect from me for over a decade now. The debt is not mine.
I've contacted BBB and CFPB and had it dropped/canceled by three different agencies, only to have the same information sold to another and they attempt to collect again. They go so far as to call my dad and my brother. They are full of crap.

Call says I'm being sued by the IRS I need to call back immediately wants my information

This is a scam they are just trying to get your information so they can get your money out of your bank

Its a scam. They are trying to scare people into giving them their information so they can take your money from your bank

Received call as others above - threatening - action against me.  No name, no company.

I do not usually answer calls that I do not recognize. Location said Los Angelas and I don’t know anyone in L.A. I declined to answer and got a voicemail. When listening to vm the mail voice never identified himself and used a threatening tone. Stated they had an undeliverable package returned to them and that I needed to contact them or legal action would be taken without my presence. I deleted the vm and will not be contacting them. I received a similar call about a year with a similar tactic for my elderly mother that I did call back and it was debt collection. That male voice was terribly rude and I suspect these would be the same.

Called and left a voicemail saying they sent me and undeliverable letter and that they would freeze my bank account if I did not get back with them. They have all the signs of a scam and are trying to trick people into giving information.

What we can do about

Since it is a CROOK calling (and not the IRS),  just IGNORE the call.

Same message i get they have tried to call for the past few days
