Caller ID says 'Line 2 user'

The caller ID said "Line2 User". They did not leave a message.

Sales call telling me that California has determined that I am entitled to reduced cost energy .... The message also said "this is not a sales call".


When I talked to the person answering, Rachel, I told her that this call was in violation of state and federal code. Recorded introductions were illegal and this was a sales call. She then disconnected.

Voice message about reducing energy costs.

Idiots called two times within 5 minutes without leaving a msg.

Blocked.

Caller ID said "LINE2 USER".  Recorded message left on voice mail about low cost energy options.

The caller, Lin2User, 310-982-6440, called us @11:38, A.M., 01/24/014. while we were out. When I came home, I returned the call 3 times. Always this message:' Please leave a message at the tone, if you want to call the person directly, please go to Line 2." According www.800notes.com, this number started calleting people 01/10/2014. It also uses 310-982-6447 to call others. I left a message to them: " We are on do not call list, please do not call again." I'll report to www.fcc.gov/complaints.

The company producing these calls is www.leadinfostream.com  their other company name is www.promedialeads.com
