Caller ID came over as both San Pedro, CA and Unknown.  Yeah, scumbag scammer for sure

got the same call. If you pick up the phone you get a hang up. Trace the call number and you get this scumbag list. Don't answer these calls. Simply block the call number. They are probably trying to sell you solar panels. It's disgusting. We live in condo. What good are solar panels?

Didn’t answer. Voicemail stated that if I did not call back within 24 hours “the local cops would pick me up because there are 4 serious allegations against me”
