Caller Id says "unknown name". Left no message.

I repeatedly get calls from this number but they leave no message. I am left suspicious. I get calls like this constantly when I post anything on Craiglist. It is not the only number that appears after I post anything on Craigslist. I even clearly say no message will not get a call or a return call thanks to a barrage of telemarketers.
This behavior leaves me suspicious of a scammer or worse.

Called today but there was a funny order of rings.  it rang twice, than as usual the voice on my phone announced the number rather than the ID as "unknown" or "unavailable", then after a pause it rang once more.  There was no answer when I picked up, just the usual boiler room sounds, then it disconnected.

Called ,left no message

This person has repeated called me on my mobile device. When I pick up, I hear someone breathing on the other end then they hang up, or I will hear nothing and they hang up. When I don't pick up, they leave a silent voicemail.

These people called me today (Thanksgiving day) when I answered, there was a women already talking to somebody, lot of people in background, typical boiler room calls.

Answered as I’m expecting a call from LA; man spoke Spanish; I said I didn’t.  He replied, “ Wrong number” and hung up.

Called at 8:15 am!!!!!   Didn't leave message.  Called three times this week.

Just called my cell (in the same area code) and left no message.  I can’t believe there’s any profit to be made by annoying us with these calls!!

Called numerous times, never leaves message.  A real pest!

Called like 8 times in one day.  Hangs up finally answers and claims to be from the insurance medical office and wants to know about my well being but also wants to know my name.  Then when confronted hangs up

Same here. No name, no message

Called AGAIN. No message.   One of us needs to answer next time and see what they want.

Whoever this is calls me EVERY DAY.   Sometimes several times in the same day.  How have they not had their line disconnected for these abusive calls?   Certainly whoever is hosting the line has to accept accountability for this.

Just called and asked if I spoke Spanish. I said no. He he replied, “sorry wrong number”  and hung up. Very strange.
