This person Alfredo Ibarrra have called my neighbor to ask who live in my address and information, about my family, he said what he is a lawyer??? Can this person inquire about my family, is this legal?? Also I don't have any legal problems of anything.

This is a collection agency. The called me and my husband to try to collect some money and the Guy was threatening us. The way he talked to us and try to get into my personal life is not acceptable.
