This Person Repeatedly Spam's my cell phone voice mail.
I have never had any business with this person in any way and never will.
Since she is disreputable enough to think that repeatedly spamming my cell phone voice mail is OK i would question her business ethics in general.and would never trust her with anything as important as a real estate transaction.

I received a call from an unknown number that only rang for MAYBE one second and hung up. A minute or so later a voicemail pops up from this number (312) 264-1195 and this is a transcript of the message: “Hello this is Rose with Burkeshire half away and I'm a real estate broker just giving the neighbors a call today because I just finish selling a three flat in the neighborhood 5649 W. Montrose it was sold for $449,000 and so we're just reaching out to the neighbors to see if there's any curiosity or thoughts about wanting to know what your home is currently _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ if you are curious please give me a call back we would love to be able to provide to you for free and in writing what your home is currently worth what the current market time is for a home like yours and then you're not should you decide to sell what your Takeaway would be a _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ with Burkeshire half away my office number is 31226411953122641195 thanks so much bye…”... I have no idea how a call can come through as “unknown” but leaves a voicemail from a real number. And why would this person be calling anyway.

called a few times, one time said she couldn't hear, then asked if she could buy my property, I said no

I second to the above. Very annoying phone message that was not solicited by me.
