It's a very deceptive 3rd party bottom feeder debt collector that violates fair collections act

Blatt Hasenmiller Leibsker and Moore. They Keep calling me, they say I owe a old credit card bill, I asked them to send me some kind of proof, months later, still waiting on the proof, but they will not send it. They want me to take their word on it. REALLY?

Sneaky Blatt...  Old old old debt taken over from Sears by liars!  They sent a stalker knocking on my window!!!!  Sneaky threats!!!  LIES!!!

They will call a business and ask for payroll department. I won't let unnecessary calls go thru so I asked her name, she hesitated then said "Miss Harrington" and I had to press a little more to ask what company she was calling from because she didn't want to tell me who she was.
She said she was from blah blah attorney's office. I asked for the name of the person she was calling about and she got all defensive. Then I knew it was a scam...I looked up the phone number and found out that they are scammers.

When she figured out I was on to her, she asked who I was and I told her. She said she would call back later - I told her she will be asked the same questions before she is connected to anyone. She hung up.
We'll just block the number.

Caller ID says AOI Test 426. Left voicemail stating if this was so and so, press 1, if not, press 2. Not sure who exactly was calling.

Caller ID says BHLM LLC; 312-265-9939.  We never answer unknowns intentionally.  Wife answered once and was told, "Please hold for the next available representative."  She said to herself, "Self, I'm not waiting for somebody when they called us" and hung up.  So far they have called 12/26, 12/31, 1/2, and today, 1/5/15.  The latest was at 8am CST.  They can keep calling and we'll keep deleting them from our "Missed calls" list.

Really?  Then you'll have no problem posting up the legal company name, verifiable street address and website, will you?

They wouldn't tell me who they are or what they wanted until I would say who I was...so I hung up.

Cannot verify date or amounts of debt or if debt was previously paid/settled with original credit card company or with another debt collection agency.

WE get these calls all hours of the day and night at our home...  We have caller ID   it comes up as ADI Test 426    Never leaves a message ,,  and we refuse to answer it as we know its a scam.    Can anyone tell us,  how to stop these morons from calling sometimes 5x a day????    We are keeping a log of days and times they call,  our phone company will start an investigation in order to block these numbers..

I work for a law firm, and we continually get these annoying calls all hours of the day and night.  Beware,   they call under the assumed name of Porfolio Recovery, and also ADI Test 426.    The numbers they use are: 312-265-9939 and 412-847-5934    There are countless more, too many to list,   but the law firm is aware of these scammers and working to put a stop to all of them!!

WE continually get these calls all hours of the day and night,  even on our cell phones.  Its so annoying, early morning calls and also 9:30PM!    We have caller ID,  so I refuse to answer.   If its so important,,  they could leave a message on our machine.    They call with different numbers,  so we are keeping a log of how many times a day they call, and working with our phone company to block these idiots!   The calls come up as ADI Test 426,   Porfolio Recovery,  Herculaneum,,MO  they have at least 10 different phone numbers,  so everyone beware!

Quit calling our home and cell phones at work!!    So annoying and if it was that important wouldn't you think someone would leave a message with a return phone number??    I guess it doesn't work that way with scammers!!    WE have had these pests call all hours of the day and night.   We have a log of days, times, numbers, they call from.   I have sought legal advice as to how to stop these fools from harassing people, and I was told,  the phone company is aware of them calling and will block the phones as long as it continues.

They keep calling, never leaving a message. Today I answered, said that I owe a dept on credit card. Well...I know thats not true I have never owned a credit card and never will. When I told her this, she hung up. 17 minutes later they called back, I answered and said "hello"...no answer. again I said "hello". A few seconds later they hung up. They called back 4 times within 30 minutes I never answered, they never left message.

Calls every single day. CID AOI Test 426.  When they first starting calling they asked for someone I do not know. I kept telling them that who they are asking for does not live here and you have the wrong or out dated number. Asked them many, many times to stop calling, there is no one here by that name. They have no respect they just keep calling and calling. Sometimes 3-4 times a day. I don't answer anymore it is pointless. They never leave a message. These people are a perfect example of phone harassment. They don't care I am not who they are looking for but they still want me to give them money with no info, no proof don't even know who I am. But makes threats that they will come after me if I don't settle some credit card dept that is someone else dept. Apparently they are so ignorant they don't know people change phone numbers. They can call 1000 times a day I will never, NEVER give these low life scammer scum bag losers any of my hard earned money. These people are SCAMMERS!!! SCAMMERS,SCAMMERS!! DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFO OR SEND ANY MONEY TO THESE THIEVES. They just call people at random hoping to scare, pressure you into sending them money because they have no integrity and they are losers who want to get through life on someone else's dollar so they wont have to work for a living.

This company calls all the time.  We never pick up.  the are affiliated with Portfolio Recovery who has about a thousand different numbers and different names.  Two of Portfolio  Recovery's many numbers are 205-484-0134 and 620-860-1570. They keep calling asking for someone that does not live here.  Told them that person did not live here but they keep calling. Blatt Hasenmiller Leibsker and Moore need to be reported.
