A robocall to my cell phone claiming something about an anual renewal fee that will be automatically be deducted from my bank account unless I call them back. I called back and no ringing. After about, a minute a message says all circuits are busy. So now I've blocked it.

Tired of receiving a call with robotic voice claiming a renewal fee being charged to my bank account of 299.00 if I don’t call back.
