Auto caller. Telling me if I would take a "brief 30 second survey" about the nations debt- I will win a 2 day cruise. However, I am responsible for certain fees. Push 1 for survey & 9 for NO and removed from list.

Tired of these calls. Caring for an elderly family member and each incoming call is an annoyance. Disturbing to my loved one.

So much for the Do Not Call Registry.

just received a call from this number at 2:16pm CST. Third call of it's type in 3 days from differing phone numbers.

Just received a call from this number. Aera code312  I believe to be the Chicago Aera. No message left.

Didn't answer. No voicemail left.

Have recd a call from this number on my cell, (on the worthless Do Not Call List as well), several times over the course of months. I never answered, but now I just wanted to tell them not to call again. I said, "hello" three times, and then I hung up when I didn't hear anything back.

I just noticed there was another Annoyed, so I changed to Annoyed II, not to be confused with Annoyed

WHEN WILL THE U.S. GOVERNMENT ACT ON THESE DAMNED "BANNED" TELEPHONE CALLS?

I'm 77 years old and I'm still waiting for some branch of government to actually do something that will actually help

I too answered and hung-up as soon as I heard "This is Amy, and you have been selected to participate in our survey"  Am on a do not call list too.  Doesn't matter, they still call.  :-(((

Get several 312 calls .. I try calling this number back and apparently it's a survey number. It says that the survey time has expired and to get taken off their list, you just need to press 2. I do but it continuously keeps repeating the same recording.. Grr. So annoying.

Same here. On the do not call registry, and on a cell phone, but still receive calls from this number. As with others, they hang-up after the third ring but it's still a distracting annoyance. Argh!

I've decided that having my number on the Do Not Call Registry is just so the government can keep track of me. Guess I'll just have to invest in a whistle. When these scammers call and I get to talk to a live person, I'm going to blow out their eardrum. Maybe then my number will be removed from their list.

I just got a call from this number, even though I am on the Do Not Call List.  The caller did not leave a message.

Called by "Amy" and hung up ASAP. Can someone stop these autodialers???

Got the same call as all on this list. I answered only because my employer is in the Chicago area and I never know if it's a colleague calling from their home or cell. They hung up when I picked up on the second ring.

I didn't even answer. I have blocked the number from calling my phone again

I got a call too, I may be on a do not call list like many of you, but this is our own fault for most of us.
We have to remember, if we put our phone number anywhere on the internet, more then likely someone from a 3rd party will get it and call you.

My advise? We be careful where we put our numbers on the internet. And backtrack our steps the best we can to remove our numbers
