Same as you, I received a call on Sunday from 312-273-9325. The caller didn't leave a message and I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer it. Too bad my phone doesn't have an "automatic block" button.

Got a call from this number 10 minutes ago (1/29/2012 12:42pm Mountain) on my cell phone, did not answer it, they did not leave a message.

They are using the calls to locate you via the cell phone gps. Assume you are in trouble

I picked up, but I didn't make any sound. Within a few seconds, they disconnected/hung up. Douches.

they called me and it was a 30 min. survey

I got a call from this # at 2:11 pm, 1/29/12.  I answered it and there was no response.  I said "hello" 3 times, but no answer.  I hung up.

i called this number back and it said, i was called to be a participant in a survey, but the opportunity has expired and to press 2 to not get anymore calls. i did.

got a call, checked this site -- I never applied for a loan so thats NOT it.
They called on home phone but like everyone else didn't answer a phone # I don't know.

Just received a call from this number. I answered by saying hello, no one responded.

Just got the call on my cell phone here in a Chicago suburb. I didn't answer and no message left. Caller ID said IL USA. Going to mark it SCAM SURVEY in my Contacts list so I'll know next time they call.

Just got a call 6:30 pm on a sunday. I answered and got an instant hangup..

I got their call—no message—at 2:57 PM. What is their goal?
