I've been receiving phone calls from this number since April 9, 2011. I never answer because I don't know the number but there were no messages left. Since then, I've been getting a call everyday. I've tried calling back but the call either gets dropped or they hang up.

Yep, the jerks have been calling me as well, mmmm started receiving calls around the same time your calls started. It's properly telemarketer, just when you thought the NO CALL LIST was kicking in.
