Spam call in Chinese. What's interesting is that all 3 of our cell phones received the same call within minutes of each other, all with different caller ID numbers. The only thing in common was that they all showed 312 (Chicago) area codes. Either they hacked into AT&T (our carrier) and got our numbers, or they were calling all numbers with out prefixes  ( (970) 37X- ) very quickly. That would be over 20,000 numbers in a few minutes. AT&T was able to catch one of the numbers as suspicious, but that was only because the prefix was 195, which is not valid.
