Please stop calling... you have the wrong number... and I am not using MY minutes to call tell you "you have the wrong number"....try having a human make you calls.

From the above post referring to "Harris", I'm sure this is a debt collector.

Harris & Harris is a debt collector that collects for Texas Children's Hospital.

Message is requesting a call back from a person who doesn't live here. They have the wrong number. I spoke with them once to update their records, but it didn't work. No good deed goes unpunished. Ugh.

A woman asked me to tell her my birthdate & SS# to “verify my identity“.  She refused to tell me her name or the company she was calling for.  I told her I needed her birthdate and Social Security number to verify her identity. She would not identify who she was calling for.

The Texas Senior Medicare Patrol has received several complaints about Medicare scam calls from 312-423-7501.  The LIVE caller – a male with a thick accent – says that he is calling from Medicare and is offering free braces in exchange for the person’s Medicare ID number.  THIS IS A SCAM.  MEDICARE WILL NEVER CALL YOU.  Report these scams to the Federal Trade Commission (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov), and your state's Senior Medicare Patrol (1-877-808-2468, or https://www.smpresource.org).   DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR MEDICARE OR SOCIAL SECURITY IDS.  Check your Medicare Summary Notices (MSNs).  If you see that Medicare has been billed for a brace or other durable medical equipment that neither you nor your doctor has ordered, report that information immediately to your state's Senior Medicare Patrol (1-877-808-2468, or https://www.smpresource.org).
