The message said my card has been charged 399.00 for one year of PC tech support and if I don’t want it I should call 312-428-4102 to cancel.  This has to be a scam... don’t call them back and do monitor your “cards”.

Electronic message saying our card had been charged 300.00 and to call 312-428-4102 to get our money back.  Scam......

Ask me to canx a subscription for PC Tech Support, which I don't have. SCAM SCAM. This call came in on 312 428-4441

Same spam call 1/18/19. I checked my cards...nada, zip, zero. Never ordered anything for PC support....and wouldn't.

Caller stated my credit card had been charged $399 for IT support; caller then hung up. I called this # back and man who answered said they are a computer maintenance company in San Francisco. When I asked why their phone# had a Chicago area code he hung up. Definitely a scam.

Card charged $399 etc. Twice. Scam, scam, SCAM!

Called on 01/24/2019 from an unknown number and have a Chicago number to call back.
312-428-4102 the person on the phone said the office was in NYC but they had an office in Chicago. Company name PC Light/Tech Connect or something along those lines saying my card was charged $399.99 for service with Microsoft Windows. The person on the other line was in a call center in a different part of the world. They couldn’t tell me my name and refused to give me payment details or a physical address. This is a scam. Do not give them any of your details.

Automated voice left a message on my parent’s answering machine that a $399 charge has been made on their credit card for 1 year PC tech support and to call this number to remove.  We have yet to check the cards but I suspect there is no charge... my Dad, the primary user of the PC in question in the house, has not been using his PC at all since his hospital stay so this is so obviously a scam.  DO NOT call this number back!

I picked up the call, and got the same recorded message as above. The caller ID said "SPAM? CHICAGO I," so l was prepared with my loud whistle in hand. When l called the number back, ready to blow it into the unlucky scammer's ear, a recording said the number is no longer in service. Too bad, lol.
