Claiming to be an energy partner with comed to help save money... claim to have a program for non profits to save money... asking for code off comed bill.

Will not send email or letter of introduction so I can verify the legitimacy of this company.

Repeatedly called 8 times in 15 minutes after I ended a call with a no thank you if you can't provide something in writing.

After not taking 6 calls from the original calling number, a new number started calling... same company.  They refuse to send anything in writing explaining the program.
