This is a SCAM.  Some guy who said his name was Mike Spencer told me I won the Publishers Clearing House and would get the $5000 a week for life, asked when I wanted the photo shoot, where to get it delivered (used someone else's work address) and set up the meeting.  But he didn't ask if I'd entered the contest -- duh.  So I strung him along. Then he gets to the point where he wants me to get a Money Pack card for $500 and that line.  So I finally got tired of it and told him he was a scammer.  He does not speak English very well and has a form of caller ID.

The same thing just happened to me. The first call came in with a Jamaica 876-465-0690. the second was from the Chicago area 312-450-2397. SCAM!! I won the Mega Millon, right!
