Caller is calling wrong number, message left makes no sense a womans voice says the name, but you can't understand it, and then man voice says call Mr. Hoover, yet you can't leave a message to tell Mr. Hoover, he has the wrong number!!

This is a company that (today, at least) calls themselves 'Harris & Harris, debt collectors'.
I repeatedly get calls from them left on my voicemail, saying they are debt collectors and I need to call them back immediately.
The (long distance call) phone number goes into a call center.
The rep looks up my phone number, and asks if I am xxxx yyyy zzzz. I tell them that I am xxxx aaaa zzzz, not xxxx yyyy zzzz, and ask why they keep calling me since public records state the phone number is for xxxx aaaa zzzz and not xxxx yyyy zzzz. I get nothing but a smartass response with them saying they will remove my number. A week later I have another voicemail from them.

Had 2 VM left from this number.  Harris and Harrison Debt Collectors.  I'm not in default on any bills so I don't know why they are calling.

Called and asked for me (recorded message) pressed the button and it hung up. Stupid

I have been getting these collection calls for someone named Alecia for 6 years!  What a terrible thing to be harassed like this.  I've called my phone company but they can't do anything. I just wish there would be a way to end the calls.

The next time they call, demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know your attorney will get this information for you and sue them for harassment.
