They called me over 10 times.  All it said was "this is a debt collector".  They didn't have the name.  We have a few people here.
I don't think we owed someone.  My husband's SS # was used by someone in 2012.

Yeah, these morons keep calling on Saturday morning using a robo dialer with a precorded message.  Yes, it is illegal to robodial a prerecorded message saying to call them back.  In the first few seconds before I hung up, they claim to be debt collectors and want you to call them back.  Uhhhh... no.

If it was a real debt collector, there would be a rude and unshaven dude in need of deodorant calling you up.  They would never use a robodialer.

SCAM.  Don't call them back.

Left a message they are debt collectors and was told what days of the week to call and even gave the time of day to call

Keep calling and they do not leave a message.

They keep calling and leaving a message on an unoccupied phone at my work. They do not say who they are calling for, nor do they give a reference number.  They ask you to call them back, but when you do, they ask you for your personal information - which I won't give them.

Also getting calls from these bozoss in Chicago?  We are debt collectors, bla bla bla... Bzzzzttttt not in this house buddy!, lol.
