This number calls me repeatedly and nothing but a beep

This is simply a team of foreign scam artists looking for people to "invest very little into their once in a lifetime hedge fund".  After getting multiple calls daily for two weeks, I called back and asked to speak to a manager.  No surprise, the guy who answered the phone was a manager!  He tried telling me how sweet their offer was, I told him to take me off their list, and he got very angry and hung up.  I then called him back about 15 times over the course of 2 days/nights (he answers) just to ask him if he enjoys getting calls at all hours of the day....he wasn't pleased.

I got a call from this number today 312 588 9944.  Lots of background noise and hung up.

My boyfriend got 4 calls today, one from this number saying did I want federal money, others needed my signature for loans.... I was stupid played a game, free iPhone right lol  any way  I put his number , I  never do that I quit even after ordering the Dr. Seuss then later canceling it..... There is a do not call number you must put in for your cell every 5 years.
1-888-382-1222  MAY TAKE 30 T0 60 DAYS but it is worth it. When I called back using *67 They said federal grant for free money when I said I am sorry I think I dialed the wrong number who is this they hung up !!!
