I received a text from this number from my ex partner police have told me it's an online free text forum called CBF.

I had a text from this number from my ex, like blocking her isn't enough.

Got a text from this number - dodgy and very suspicious I called it back on suspicion with ID call off and NIL answer just voice message and switched off

Got a random text msg

Had a message saying "I'm outside xx".
I live in the middle of nowhere so obviously ignored it.

Received a text saying We have received complaint regarding your child School. Further Criminal investigation will be carried out. Why? They want details to be sent to the police. Dodgy

Threatening text

I just got a text from this number saying "adsadsadasdasdasdasdasdasd" I responded and it responded with "Thanks for the message. Configure your number's SMS URL to change this message.Reply HELP for help.Reply STOP to unsubscribe.Msg&Data rates may apply."

Well, you can expect a lot more calls and texts now that you confirmed that they have a live phone number with someone on the other end that will read their garbage.  I suspect that at some point they will send you a link that you will click and it will install malware on your phone.

Unwanted Text Messages

Forward unwanted text messages to 7726 so that your carrier will block them. Some carriers do not accept that code and if that is the case then contact your carrier about how to block unwanted text messages. Also, never, ever click on a link as it will probably install something nasty to your phone that you really will not want to deal with.

It appears the text messages were sent out by a website, and these messages are attempts by scammers to abuse the texting service without using their own telephones.

I have no idea what the heck is going on here.

I got a text from this number in the middle of the night. It was a very abusive text. It was written in English but when you read it it was in Gujarati calling me very bad names. It mentioned my name and straight after that it just had abusive words in Gujarati. I'm in uk and I don't know this number so googled it and came across here. A lot of people have experienced this and write about it on other websites. I'm just going to ignore it as others have said they've been recieving 10 calls a day from it and the person with this number has tried scamming. Will block it but was strange that it knew my name and wrote things in Gujarati. They weren't nice words at all and text was basically sweater words on the lines of a female street worker. Ignore as it's just some pathetic lonely psycho that needs locking up
