Called three times today without leaving a voicemail

Claims to be Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois asking for customer feedback on “my recent interaction.” I did call them not too long ago. Maybe legit. Annoying to get five calls from them though.

Called. Let it go to VM. NO VM

Legitimate call from BCBS. They want you to participate in a customer service survey.

This is a robocall claiming to be a followup survey on a call I made last week with Blue Cross.

I did call Blue Cross, and after an agonizing wait on hold the operator told me that I had to call my Doctor to resolve my dispute.

Fair enough, but five calls from this robot seeking my review of an agonizing wait for a useless answer...  get real.

Do something extra ordinary.  Treat customers time as though it has value, be an ombudsman for your customers not just a surly operator, then maybe I'll provide you with that glowing recommendat ion you seek.

In the mean time I'll let you continue to call (without answer) until you've wasted as much time as I did on hold....

Received at least 3 calls from this number in the past week. No VM. Others say it's Red Cross, which is fair enough. I donate as often as I can, and my type is in demand, but yeah, they call donators on record, without their donation record, so they don't know how recently you've given.  I'm not eligible again until June, but I don't hold it against them for pinging everyone for donations. They have multiple call centers, and don't appear to have a centralized, up-to-the-minute record of donators.

At least it's not a scam. Hey, I stress over unknown callers as much as anyone, but I'm fine with Red Cross and the work they do. If you're a donator, just tell them you'll schedule when you have the opportunity.  They're not out to cheat you. They do good work.

This was meant for a Red Cross number.

Missed call. VM only caught the last 6 sec of message, “if yes press 1, if no press 2.” Assuming it’s legit BCBSIL survey based on google search results. Legit because I called the nurse-line number on the back of ins card.

This number has called several times, never leaves a voicemail. My last call from them today was almost midnight....a bit ridiculous!

Called BCBS a few days ago and got this survey call at almost MIDNIGHT.

Two calls including one at 0300 in the middle of the night. No message left. If BCBSTX, they really don't want my feedback regarding my experiences with their Indian subcontinent call center.

Called at 4:58 am on a Saturday so not it’s not legitimate.

Received 3 calls a day for a week straight including 12:55 am calls. I don't answer unknown numbers & it was blocked after the 1st call. No messages were left & I assume it's BCBSTX per this site. They're going to get a piece of my mind when we talk next.

This number has called me three times today. I declined the call all three times. Guessing it's BCBS based on this thread but I don't answer unknown numbers and if they don't leave a message I will not be getting back to them. Going to block the number because I'm tired of being harassed.

BCBS of Illinois asking how my interaction with a customer service agent went. I had called them recently, so this number is legit. Answered their questions and hope the original agent I spoke to gets a raise because she was very helpful in an emergency situation.

This number has called me several times.  If I pick up, I just get a dial tone, every time.  No message left if I don't pick up.  Next time I'll block it.
