Same deal - 2 nights in a row. no message - call back and "all circuits are busy"

They called my number, asked for my husband (didn't even say his name correctly) and hung up when I started to talk.  They didn't even wait to hear what I was going to say.  Like all the others it said all circuits are busy when I called them back.  

Earlier today there was a little pop-up window that came up and disappeared when I logged into paypal.  I thought that was odd, and I remembered hearing about a virus that can come into your computer through facebook and steal your personal info called koobface.  So I got really paranoid and deleted all of my credit cards from paypal!!  I have no idea if this phone number is linked to identity fraud but i suggest everyone go on another computer and change their passwords to their financial and personal accounts!

called me three times , twice one day and once the day after never left a message i tried calling back all circuits were busy at way different hours.

I have had two calls in the last few days. I just called back and had the same message as the rest.

I got a call from this number on my cell phone on December 14th.  There was a gap between when I answered and the voice on the phone, which made me think it was going to be a recorded message.  However, a woman's voice asked to speak to me, and since she mispronounced my very-easy-to-pronouce-but-often-mispronounced name, I told her she had the wrong number.  No one called back.

Same here. I got a call Sunday, Dec.14 at 5:27pm.  When I tried to call back, it says all circuits are busy...Strange.

Same deal as what you're claiming here in Austin.  Call and try to call back and phone number is busy.

Got a call from this number in Beverly Hills, CA... Not expecting a call from the Chicagoland area...

Caller ID shows SYNOVATE.  Internet search shows that it is one of the world's top survey-based research firms.  It helps clients understand what their consumers like.  I missed the call but sounds like it might be fun to be able to reply to their questions.

For nearly a week now this company has called our home daily.  They NEVER leave a message.  Plus, the number they are calling is unlisted.  When one considers how many people in the U.S. have telephones, why a company would continue to call the same number over and over again makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.  At the same time when I complained to the local phone company about these calls (and others just like them) the phone company claims that it cannot block specific numbers NOR can they block out entire area codes.  How can that be?

I have no idea who/what the caller is. I know no one in Chicago area. Whoever/whatever it is lets the phone ring twice, hangs up, leaves no message. When I recall the number I only get the message "Beep. Beeep. Beeeep. We're sorry, all circuits busy now. Will you please try your call again later. PUACH21."

I get several Calls from this number during week days and recently on the weekend. I tried many times to reach them, but the circuit is always busy.
I do not to wish any calls from them at all.

I Searched the copany on internet and it's Synovate, an survey agency.

Just got a call from this number. Guy sounded gay and was asking for someone I didn't know so figured it was a wrong number. But then he started asking for another name and saying something about WAMU. I told him don't know what the hell you talking about! Hung up and tried calling back and it won't execpt incoming calls very weird!! And I live in Florida.

just got a call from this number....this feels dirty...like random numbers (or not) are being called. I was just forced to update my Blackberry #8110 bc the whole screen went blank....figured out how to do it online but the process is slow. I can see how some people might just give up and simply go buy another phone bc they think its unfixable.

Call came in at 3:46pm today Sunday January 4, 2009 the second call in 4 days, the caller hang up leaves no message.  when a call back it sounds like someone picked up but just not staying a word then the call cuts off.
I research the # it's a landline phone based in Cook County, Chicago Illinois and the # was issued by Illinois Bell Telephone Company.

same as everyone that the number calls and when i try to call back it says all circuits are busy.
