All types of scam calls are coming from 312-775-1287 they may be some type of survey or computer technical support and possibly even claim that they are Verizon and that they wanted to advise you of an upgrade available. Unfortunately Verizon is mostly responsible for these calls existing because they refused to do anything about scam calls because they make money off the traffic millions of calls go to the public.

IPSOS id on phone. Didn't answer, no message left

Number came up as Illinois. I answered but didn't say anything. A woman started saying Hello a few times before hanging up. Anyone that I actually know would text me.

I am sick of these F——g phone calls. I got 9 of them the other day...IPSOS..Invalid #...some scam medical services....one was using a legitimate bank #.I. So much for the Do Not call list.  Oh yeah got one “can you hear me?” SCAM .SICK OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Global Market and Opinion Research Specialist.    not sure if the phone rang downstairs but the number they called is on the do not call list.  and that includes whoever these Clowns are.

Wanted to verify my identity by comparing it to bank transactions. Said they were conducting a survey for Pima heart.

This is a firm that is hired by multiple companies to make robo calls to gather information. First they ignore the DNC list second they call all hours of the day and third do not respond to their call, if you do they will put your number in their permanent call data base. Just block the number.

I guess you didn't read what the DNC covers?  Obviously not since you don't know that surveys, because they are not sales calls, are not covered by the DNC registry and they don't have to scrub their call lists against it.

Did not recognize the number.  Did not pick up.  ID said IPSOS.  Came to this site and just as I figured it was a SCAMMER .  Thank goodness for this site

Calling about our business use of cables and enclosures. I asked if she was buying or selling. She said neither, she wanted to ask a few questions. I told her no, we have work to do, no one is going to talk to you.

Tired of getting calls from this number

Another scam using a spoofed number.  CID: "IPSOS"  This call could be coming from anywhere in the world, and has a good chance of being done over internet protocol (IP).  If you don't already have one, buy a good call blocker and learn how to use it.  I blocked the 312 area code some time ago so all I see is the incoming number and Caller ID on my phone, but the blocker stops it after that.  Still, the basic rule still applies that you don't answer if you don't know the number being displayed, even if it's local.  Scammers/Spammers are everywhere.  Also, don't give any personal information of any kind to anyone unless you call them and know who you're talking to.  Even then, it might be better to just go to their shop/office and meet them in person.

Caller ID shows IPSOS as caller. Googled IPSOS and it is a market research and consulting firm. They probably want you to do a survey over the phone.

Callback leads to a seemingly legitimate market research company that does telephone surveys.

Multiple calls from these clowns.  No messages left.  Now blocked

CID IPSOS. Did not answer. Left no message. Wow, I’ve never seen this many notes for one #!

Received a call from 312-775-1287 around 8:30 PM on 1.8.18; shown on CID as: "IPSOS"-- I have NO idea who or what that is??????????!  Call was picked up by answering machine, but no message was left-- caller immediately hung up, so it was obviously a SCAMMER.  I will NEVER understand the 'methods' that SCAMMERS use-- what is the point of calling people and just hanging up???  Best advice: NEVER, EVER answer calls from names and/or numbers that you do not recognize!  Better safe, than sorry!
