- PinkyIt is for Marie Brighton a survey company. I missed the call and wondered who it was. Googled the number to find you all commenting on it. I've been testing a product for them all week. Lots of fun to try something new for free.
- KrystalThanks for letting me know this was from Marie Brighton, I was waiting for the call to complete a survey for a product they wanted me to try, but I don't answer most numbers I don't know, I thought my caller ID would mention Marie or Synovate, but no so thought it was typical spam calls. It isn't. I'm surprised how many people think this is a scam. I can say it isn't, I've done so many surveys for them, they've probably sent me 15 product to test this year and $40 in checks for testing them.
And on that note, Synovate is the BEST survey group. They send you products from name brand companies and pay you for your opinions of it <3 Marie I don't know you but I love you!- Caller: Synovate
- Call type: Survey
- AnthonySurprisingly this isn't a scam. This is a legit survey company. The odd thing is they only call people who have registered with them. So someone has registered some of you without your knowledge. Just ask them to remove you and they will.

- Loegria replies to Tom| 1 replyMarie Brighton is a survey company. I do their surveys online, but I don't remember giving them my phone # (which doesn't mean I didn't, natch!). But they've never given me any trouble in the past; I'm glad I found YOUR post, though, because now I know I can answer the call. It's a Chicago area code, I believe, btw.

- DaisyI JUST recieved a call from this number. They also called last night but I didn't answer. Answered today out of curiosity. A female responded and said "heeeeey.. I dialed the wrong number, sorry".
- Caller: unknown

- DaisyFurthermore, I AM a member of the Synovate pannel. Why would they say "wrong number" after calling me twice? Odd.
- Anna replies to JX1They do NOT want your personal or financial information. I have been a member of Synovate for a while now and have done some product tests for them and do receive money from the surveys. They are legit. If you don't want them to call, answer and tell them or contact them online.
- Mary replies to LoegriaGlad I found this, because I'm waiting for a phone call from Marie Brighton - a follow up phone call for a product which I'm testing for the company. I wish that they would leave a message so that I wouldn't have to check a site like this to find out that it's the call that I'm waiting for!
- Mary replies to telemarketers-r-scumThis is legit - I've been waiting for a call from them to give them feedback for a product which I'm currently testing. And I'm not a scammer, just someone who earns extra money from doing surveys and product tests.
- Rick replies to telemarketers-r-scumIt's the real thing STUPID!!!!! A survey company! Use a search engine before running your mouth! DUH!!!
- JulieThis is from email surveys - if you have ever signed up for these, they send you free products to use and then they call or sometimes send you a written survey so they can get your feedback on the products you were trying. I have been a member for YEARS - its completely safe and a great program. We have been a part of so many product tests, its been great - things like, laundry soap, kids cereals, cat litters, frozen foods, shampoo and other types of hair products, mens body wash, dog treats, cleaning supplies - and you can earn points from completing surveys online and the points add up and trade in for CASH!.... answer the call people - its worth it
Usually stated as Synovate or Marie Brighten- Caller: Synovate

- D.B replies to ANNOYEDMarie Brighton is not a scam- it is a survey company that you MUST have signed up fpor or they would have no idea you were connected to your number. All you have to do is call thema nd tell them you changed your mind and they won't call anymore.
- Jess| 1 replyI sent them an email from the form at Synovate.com because I have definitely not given them my phone number. They are calling my landline number, which is through my cable company. The DVR has caller ID and shows me that they are calling, even though I don't have a phone plugged in for this number. At my house, we only use cell phones now, and I don't even know what the number is for our landline, so I can be sure I did not give it to them. I find it a little fishy that someone would sign up for their service expecting to be paid and give a fake phone number, as another poster said earlier. I suppose it is possible some numbers were transposed, but I seriously doubt it. As I said above, I emailed them and am waiting for a response on how to remove my number.
I do NOT work for Synovate, and I don't care if they are legitimate or not, but I will post here again when I know for sure.- Caller: Synovate

- GeoffNot a scam. I was getting called by this number today and looked it up while my phone was ringing. I answered it and it was a survey I had signed up for regarding samples of cat litter they sent me. It is legit. It is done through surveys on either surveysavvy or ipsos (I can't remember which it is as I do surveys for both websites).
