This number is a scammer!!  They call every day do not answer they use the 1-312-and the last 4 digits or numbers they just change them so you cannot block them.

Of course you can block them. Just block the entire area code.

Numerous calls.  I don't answer.  No message is ever left.

you replied to the wrong person. Second, what is it to you if he blocks that area code. Maybe he does not care to do business in Chicago, just as I do not and I am sure a lot of other people don't. Looks like you are only here to stir up trouble.

I called them back and they're looking for donations from (WCF) Women Cancer Fund...Could be a scam, I don't know.

Telemarketer soliciting for Women's Cancer Fund. Not sure if legit. We didn't give out our number to any group that we donate to (because they all trade phone numbers and addresses of donors with each other). They do call often under different numbers, but with a name of "WCF"

Always leave a message that I can't understand.
