Recorded message about credit cars. This is an old scam.

Never leaves message.

Credit card services, wanting to lower my credit card interest rate??  The caller I.D. says Chicago, Illinois. They call every day and are told to quit calling my number, but when I tell them that, they hang up on me.

Cardholder services; lower your interest rate - SCAMMING SCAMMER!

I blocked the number.

GET A cheap whistle and whenever they call and start to talk to a human, blow it!  They'll have ringing for hours...  :)

Scam call! If they don't leave a message because you did not answer to activate their end of conversation.

there could be legal ramification if you blow a whistle...  do a google on the legality....

i block them with my phone... and if i am feeling nasty.... i tell them that i am very interested and would they hold on for a second.... i then set the phone down and let it sit until i hear a dial tone...

They always call my home phone and I don't use that phone very often. Always calling when I'm not home and don't leave a message.
