Call Id: CHICAGO IL   Indian accent, woman, calling from Medical Services in Freeport IL, knew my name, address, and birth date, asked if this was correct, inquiring about my pain and need for topical pain treatments. I asked if calling from US, told from Freeport, IL (area code 312 is City of Chicago, search for company name in Freeport .IL was unsuccessful). Keep pressing for me to admit info was correct. Probability high is scammer.

Called, left no message. I did not pick up.

This number has called repeatedly, usually hangs up after one ring, Indian accent, knew my name and birth date, wanted address to send information about pain relieving products. I hung up. Sounds like spam to me. Never was told company name.

Called did not leave message I did not answer call.  Caller ID showed "Chicago"
