Called twice, late evening, no voice message.  No idea what it is about.

Same message for me.  Patient ID hotline.  Calls at 10 p.m. and Sunday  - however, office hours are Mon - Fri 9-5.

called at work number did not leave a message.

Missed the call. No message left.

Missed call from 312-962-4683 at 10pm central time (8pm pacific time, where I am). No message left. I know it's a landline from Chicago, but no other details.

Called 3 times over the weekend to my cell phone. Left no message.

Some thing happed.  Called twice in 2 days.  No message left

Called my chiropractic office saying they were doing a survey on behalf of Blue Cross and Blue Shield and wanted to talk to my insurance secretary.  Fortunately she was not here.  It sounded fishy, so I googled it and found this site.  I guess it is a scam.

Every time it's like some one hangs up when I answer...

This person has been calling 1-2x qd for the last week. Will never leave a msg so I never answer.

Called my chiropractic office too. I didn't pick up, no message was left

asked if I was the person responsible for scheduling doctor's visits and handling insurance claims and forms.  When I said yes, they asked if we had BC/BS Anthem ? of Virginia.  When I said no, they said those were the only two questions they had in their survey and told me to have a nice evening
