I think it's a collection agency, based on the recorded message I heard.

Never leaves a message and worries the crap out of me and I blocked them... they call daily like freaks and never say anything... very annoying.

Literally activated my brand new phone with new number, and within a half hour this number called. They said they were looking for someone named [redacted]. I said I didn't know [redacted] and they said they wouldn't call back.

Dunno what the deal was
