to stop calling me

I have car note with this company for the last 3yrs, my car note is due on the 25th of each month, today is the 26th! they will call you everyday until you pay sometimes 3-4 a day! they say its the robo dialer doing it, well unplug the thing!

Since they are a sub prime/bad credit car financing company then I could see why they are worried about getting paid.  Pay on time and they won't call.  Easy-peasy!

I haven't missed a payment in 4yrs, since the Covid hit, they claim it messed up their postal services, that's why my payments arrived late plus I was told I have a 5 day grace period! either way they should not harass you also they want me to refinance with them because of my payment record.

You could easily solve that problem by making your payment through their website or through your bank.  The added plus is that you get to save the cost of the stamp (I don't  know what they cost anymore since I haven't bought any for over a year).
