Called on a Sunday morning.  I let it go to VM, not being familiar with SEEL LLC, which is what CID showed as the caller.  I only knew the area code is for Detroit.  No message was left but I could hear noise like a boiler room in the background, as they stayed on the line and VM picked it up for a few seconds.  We’re on the useless DO NOT CALL list.  Big deal.

I went back through all 4 pages of posts and not one single person has stated what the call was about.  While there is a good probability that this was a sales call covered by the registry, no one, including yourself, can say for sure.  It appears that they also contact people on behalf of their utility company.

Well, if you feel the DNC list is useless, why are you even registered on it?
