Getting calls daily at work but they are always hangups.

I received two calls from (313) numbers this morning, first one at 8a. When I answered a switchboard operator transferred me to some guy who started asking me about my interest in refinancing my mortgage.  I'd just emailed my loan officer about refinancing yesterday afternoon, so at first I thought he was affiliated with B of A somehow.  After a few minutes though it was clear he had no background on my account and was phishing for info.  I asked him who he was with and he said Quicken Loans, and how they were a major company with an A+ rating from the BBB.  I told him I couldn't talk because I needed to go to work and he said he'd call back later.

I called my loan officer when I got to work and asked him about it.  He had no idea why I'd get the call and thought it sounded downright predatory.  He suspects they've paid one of the credit reporting agencies to send them info on any hits a person's report gets when being pulled for a refi, and that's why the second you start investigating a refi you get a call from them.  Rather slimy business if you ask me, not to mention getting a call from a sales man at 8a Pacific time is NOT how I like to start my day.  I find it hard to believe they have an A+ rating when they make early morning, unsolicited phone calls.

I get a call once every weekday from this number.  They then hang up.  I believe it is Quicken Loans but they are never on long enough to say anything.  I really, really want these jackals to go away.

This is Quicken Loans, as others have reported.   I have received a call every day for the past few days, but didn't pick up in light of the helpful info provided on this board.  Finally I picked up today and told them I had refinanced with another company and to remove me from their list.   Hopefully this will stop the calls.

They have been calling daily since I inquired with my own bank for a mortgage refi. They are calling my cell phone and are not leaving messages. I didn't answer because only a limited number of people call me on my cell phone and I didn't recognize the number.

Claimed to be quicken loans, I spoke to them, they are clearly fraudulent.

they called me everyday this week.  i'd like to know their address so i could visit them personally to give them a big message they would remember for a long time.

I've been getting calls from this number, multiple times a day, usually once in the morning, and once again in the afternoon. Started a few weeks ago after I applied for a mortgage refinance. I never answer; they never leave a voicemail.

It is Quicken Loans. Your number was probably shared with them if you attempted refi or signed up for a service regarding credit. Just call them back and request to be put on a do not call list. The calls should stop.

been calling my cell every hour since this morning, when you try to call the number back to see who it is...it just disconnects...

Two calls this week.....one a hang up and other switched to some person that was difficult to understand, asking questions about my home. When asked what she was calling about, said some loan company.
I said that I could not answer any questions and hung up.

calls 6-8 times per day and do not leave a message. Just called them to be placed on the do not call list

totally annoying. Calling multiple times a day. Constant hang ups on my answering maching, and when I call it back, says the number is not in service. If I call it back more than once, tells me its Quicken loans.

Quicken Loans. Call incessantly.

Called twice, back-to-back, with two different numbers. It was weird because I thought it was the same number ringing for like 5 minutes but when it stopped and i went to check the number, I seen two numbers from them. One number was 'Loans Quicken 313-373-2489 ' and the other was Quicken Loans 313-373-2423 --

Quicken Loans, accidentally clicked on a link while banking online, I thought I was applying for a credit card from my bank and didn't see the link was actually for Quicken Loans.....NEVER give them your number, I've been absolutely blasted with calls and emails from Quicken Loans, thank god I used my google voice number or I'm positive I would have to changed my phone number. If you're bored go to ripoff-report and search Quicken Loans.

Just got a call from this number.  He left a voice mail.  His name is Chris from Quicken Loans.  He has exciting news regarding the refi loan I applied for.  I am a renter.  I don't even own a home.  He knew my name as well.  Not quite sure how he got my name & number, but I never applied to refinance anything.

I have been getting calls from this number and nobody answers when I say hello.  On my caller ID is says: "Quicken Loans"  I do not need or want a loan. They are being a pain in the A__.

It is from Quicken Loans, I have a mortgage with them and they want to offer you a refinance, so they can make more money off you!.
