    Answered a call from this number to the office I'm a gatekeeper for & heard a recorded voice saying the name of a co-worker, press 4, then music followed by silence. CID said Convergent, whatever that is.If they want to speak to that person, they need to call them directly, not here.

    Answered a call from this number to the office I'm a gatekeeper for and heard a recording say "press 4" & did so to see where it would lead, in case I could gain more information than I did in December. All I got was a recorded unaccented female voice that said "I apologize for the inconvenience. Good bye."
