I got a phone call from this number on my cell. The caller left no message. Blocking!

Called and wasn't able to pick up the phone in time. Called them back and a beep sounds then a voice say, "This is Natasha with Convergent Outsourcing, this call is being recorded, how can I help you?" I asked her the nature of the business, and she said "a personal business matter". I said, "So, you're a collection agency." Reply: "If that's what you want to believe, sir." In other word, confirmed. :P

Actually these people may be claiming to be Convergent Outsourcing, but their number reverses to Advance America, a payday loan joint.  These are the worst of the worst, debt collectors:  lying, scheming, whey-faced chipmunk turds.  Watch your back.

Calls about once a week, never leaves a message. I don't answer numbers I don't know

Collection agency. Agent picked up the phone, I asked what the call was in regards to, they asked my email address to confirm my account, she put me on hold for about 5 seconds and hung up.

No message left. Called back & asked what is was about, they said personal matter for so n so, I said so n so doesn't belong to this phone number, oh well do you know how....click....
