This is a scam people!  These people called claiming that I had written a fraudulant check and they were a mediation firm trying to "help" me.  They claimed to have a video of me writing this so called check to Ace Cash Express.  The funny thing is that I was scammed out of $1000 by Atlas Mediation out of Florida in March of this year for the exact same alleged debt (my bank returned the money)....and then called a few months later by a collection company for the same debt.  I have never been in a cash advance place in my life and this was also a scam.  The first time, Atlas Mediation called posing as lawyers and threatened to arrest me.  I know better, but wasn't thinking straight as I was called at work!  I filed complaints with everyone I could find.  This may be the same people.  The phone numbers used are cell numbers or magic jack numbers and they change them frequently so they can't be found!  DO NOT PAY these people anything.

Got a phone call from this scammer today. Hope they get shut down soon.
