Someone name Dianne Chase call and said the bank has a fraud  case against someone in my household, but when we called back to get more information some man answered  and was very rude and made threats when we ask him to speak to Dianne Chase.

This number is being represented by Vantage Point. They are a collection company that purchases collection accounts from Ace Check Cashing or places like that. They purchased their account from Norther Resolution. Diane Chase/ Mary/ Daniel/ and John. I spoke them all. They almost got me with the scam. They called my wife's mother and stated that my wife would have a bench warrant against her if she didn't pay the required amount. My wife called and they preceded to transfer her to the State of Indiana Compliance department where you are lead to believe that they would rather put a warrant and lock you up instead of collecting the money. I called Ace Check Cashing, their corporate office, and tracked down this alleged account. It was in the office of Northern Resolution. They tell you that you only have a short time. They have your SS#, name address, and all other information. They also said that they have you on camera to make it sound more believable. Wow... I called back and told them that I was at the Walmart getting ready to send the money, He made me read the lines of the form to make sure I was there. When I didn't get it correct, he went ahead and hung up. There should be something we can do to get this company put out of business.
