Great Lakes Health Plan which is part of Medicaid.

Well, called back and was on hold for bout 10 minutes. And it is Great Lakes Health Care through Medicaid. Point is answer if there calling you they will have your information in front of them because if you call them back they can't seem to find information I ended up hanging up and am going to wait until they call me back............longer than 10 minutes........

I, too, received a call from a company called "Frontier Financial Group" ak "ffg".
It was from the number: 313-879-3631.  Right off the bat, the person who answered stated the company name and asked, as they said, "before we can give you any information we need to identify the last 4 digits of your S.S. # "  Well, needless to say this is where the conversation ended. Why would they want only my last 4 of my S.S.#??  From this call, I can't really identify if scam or not.
Does anyone else know this number?  Or Frontier Financial Group??

Don't know if this company is a scam or not but never give your personal info to anyone unless you know for sure who they are.  By looking up public records a person can get your name, address, date of birth, place of birth, mother’s maiden name, the state and county where you were born and a lot of other information.  What is hard to get is your Social Security Number.  Using computer software a would be identity thief can predict with fair accuracy what the first 5 numbers are in your SSN.  Name, Date of Birth and Place of Birth fills in that information.  Now all that is left is for the thief to call you and pose as company who needs to "verify" your last 4. After that the fun begins -- credit cards, loans, jobs, you name it.

Got a call from this number...did not answer...a message was left...when I played the message it said "time, thank you and ended.

This number calls me in the morning (usually around 9:00).  I let it go to voicemail and there is NEVER a message left.  I believe they also call from 313-879-1998 because that number usually calls with a few minutes.

I answered and said "Hello!" 3 or 4 times before a woman asked for someone who doesn't live here.  She was persistent and didn't identify herself or her company.  I asked to taken off their calling list.
The caller ID said "MOD 43" and the phone number 313-879-1933.  I suspect it was a debt collector.  I don't have any debts so I knew it wasn't for me.

I received a call from this number around 9am.  The caller identified himself as someone from a law firm and stating that they were calling from a recorded line and they wanted to verify some information.  I got nervous and hung up.  I assume it was a debt collector but do not know for sure.  They did not call back.

Calls every day but no message left

scam company. Calls repeatedly, does not state who is calling. Uses alternate phone numbers when you block one phone number.  They are some debt collection company.

I answer... get taped message "please continue to hold", then they hung up.

They call every morning and every afternoon. I have answered without a reply so, let them go to voice mail. No message has ever been left. Not sure what they want or who they are but.........................they can stop calling me!

Scam call received from 313-879-2817. They left voicemail that starts "...benefits, please call us back toll free at 877-403-7873 between 8:00-4:30 EST..." When I searched the 877 number I couldn't find anything.

Received a call on 2/8/16 from 313-879-2817 they stated that they were United Healthcare and needed to verify my information for my Healthy Michigan plan. I don't give out information unless I call the companies first.  I asked them for a call back number and they gave me an 877 number, which I didn't call. I called United Healthcare directly and was told they do not make such calls and had already gotten another call concerned about it. They also asked for the number and call back number I was given and ran them. They do no belong to United Healthcare. I called the State of Michigan and they didn't recognize numbers either. The State asked me to report it to the fraud department so I did. I  received another call on 2/12/16. I answered and told them that I had already called United Healthcare and verified my information directly with them. So then they asked if I had completed the assessment questionnaire also, I hung up.

I got curious and called the number using another phone and it said it was United Healthcare, but had no prompts to follow it just rang, the machine said United Healthcare please hold. I hung up..

I didn't recognize the number and didn't answer, a voice mail was left, only numbers(assuming the robot began speaking before the tone) didn't even leave a compete phone number.
