Hi, I had a lady call me from this number, and she was asking for my Insurance Id #, it all seemed like a hoax, so I didn't give her any information. Do not give these people any private information. She said she was calling from patient services, based in Missouri, I believe, which is odd because I live in California and have never been to  this state.

Hi there! It's actually a third party billing company, totally legit. I live in Washington and they are the ones who do the billing. The name is PAKC and if they call again tell them you don't have the account number. They can look you up by your state and last name. I promise they are legit, they bill for the Doctor's Clinic which is a major medical company. Hope this helps you!
