Calls continuously

On my landline the name  "Dispatch"  appeared with this  phone number every time.   The messages in the emails included an order number which was different each time which made me suspicious.  These phone calls and emails have been going on for 3 days.

What emails?  You give no details.  What company have was given in those emails? If there was an "order number" then you should have let readers know what product was listed and how much they claimed you owed.  You do not even state that there is a connection of this number to the emails.
You seem to be trying to warn people of a probable scam, but you give no details that would give your warning credibility.  Right now, nothing you have posted actually connects this particular number to possible scam emails other than coincidental timing.

St. Louis Post Dispatch

Been getting them every 3/4 days for a couple weeks now. Nice to know I’m not the only one! Thx

Called me 7/11. They said St. Louis Post Dispatch, that I didn't pay my bill.  I paid it 7/3. I asked for the due date, they said June. I asked for a date, they said 6/3. They said the check didn't clear, I paid electronically through my bank. It was definitely a SCAM call - beware!
