Yet another one of your copy and paste posts that say nothing important.
If there was no voicemail, then it was not a robocall.  A robocall is a call that plays a prerecorded message when the call is answered (either by a person or by voicemail).
But, you (under all your other various names) have been told this before.

Call back got "Payton" who wanted to know if I had any property for sale.  If I call using *67 I get the all-too-familiar "call cannot be completed as dialed."  Payton was polite though so at least that was OK.  Question for you, Nimrod; when I call I get a ring and then the ring sound changes.  Does that indicate the call is transferred?

It could be because the call was transferred to another number or device.  Or it could be due to changes in the routing of the call on the network due to call traffic congestion.  A change to a stuttered tone would indicate that call waiting is active on the other end and the called party is on another call.

As to the post by "Paco", as indicated by my reply, that poster uses multiple names to post the exact same useless post.  I seriously doubt that they ever even answer any calls they post about, just cower in the corner shaking in fear until the phone stops ringing and then run to this site to post their garbage.
